JULIA ROSS

FOUNDER // SONGWRITER // CEO
JULIA ROSS is an artist, vocal producer, and songwriter. Her career began early in her life. At the age of 8, she was the youngest member of the band, Everlife (Hollywood Records). She has been a backup singer/vocal arranger for Miley Cyrus ,The Chainsmokers, Jordan Fisher, Ke$ha, Kelsea Ballerini, Carly Rae Jepsen & AJ Mclean. Her touring, live performance, and songwriting spans over 20 years.
Julia has performed on SNL, Jimmy Fallon, Ellen, VMA’s, EMA’s, AMA’s, BBC Live Lounge, MTV Unplugged, and The Disney Channel. Her extensive knowledge of vocal production and arranging, has broadened her melodic horizon, providing powerful and diverse tools in her career as a songwriter.
In 2019, she entered the world of K-Pop and took it by storm. She received cuts with A-list artists; BTS Map of the Soul : 7 (certified RIAA Platinum), Map of the Soul Persona (RIAA Gold), TXT, TWICE, and BOA.
She is featured on various tracks and has over 150 million streams on Spotify alone of her collective works. She has accumulated multiple releases/features in the EDM dance world on record labels; Armada, Spinnin’, Ophelia and Dim Mak. Julia has come a long way from her days of writing and recording in a broom closet, to her own recording studio at her LA home. When asked what her plan is going forward, she says, “That’s simple. Write. Release. Repeat.”

Ripton Powell entered the music industry by managing writer and artist Jason Daxon in 2018. Throughout this short time they were able to create relationships with some of the most successful producers, artists and writers in the industry. This list includes, but not limited to, producers like Ayo & Keyz, Troy Taylor, Earl on the Beat, Nash B, OG Parker, Romano, $K. Working with these producers garnered a number of placements with the likes of Ariana Grande, Summer Walker, Muni Long, Tory Lanez, Earthgang, Keke Palmer, Des Dior, Lil Durk, Vedo the Singer, Bridget Kelly, Rotimi, Jacquees. Producer client Killah B produced Billboard #1 record "Positions" for Ariana Grande resulting in 1 billion+ streams. Ripton has since been an integral part of building the Art Never Dies business platform through managing Julia Ross, Big Korey, J Rod, Trappin N London & more. Ripton has been able to build a solid network that has helped him not only learn the nuances of the business but also grow a trained ear that is able to recognize a hit record.
Aisling MCcaffrey

Project & Business Manager
Aisling McCaffrey is a purpose driven award winning qualified Chartered Accountant with over 10 years’ experience in Financial Services advisory. Her expertise covers project and programme management, strategy, stakeholder engagement, financial analysis and governance. A strategic thinker with a passion for the arts, finance and effecting social change – she wants to use her skillset to empower others to unlock their potential and have a positive impact on our planet and society.
In addition to providing strategic consulting and project management for Mossor Spain and Greece, Aisling has taken on a number of commitments in supporting organizations such as co-chair of 100 Women in Finance Early Career Committee, Non-Executive Director of environmental NGO Global Action Plan Ireland and Steering Committee member of Ireland’s Women in Finance Charter, a government led industry initiative. In addition, Aisling is a co-founder of the ‘Green Team Network’ – a forum for connecting firms across the Irish Funds Industry to encourage collaboration and empower change towards a more sustainable environment. In 2023 Aisling was recognised on the Empower x Youtube Top 100 Global Future Leaders List which champions trailblazers across businesses who are driving positive change for people of colour in business.
